Please inspect your Moon Pal immediately upon receipt. In the rare case of damage or defect, we will process a replacement for your Moon Pal. We will not accept requests for returns after 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders once they&apos;ve begun processing (even if you&apos;ve not yet received tracking).
