Moon Pals are intimate items created specifically for hugging & cuddling. Due to the intimate nature of Moon Pals, we do not resell returned Moon Pals. You can request a return, refund, or exchange for your Moon Pal within 7 days of the delivery date of your Moon Pal. Due to the intimate nature of Moon Pals, we do not accept returns after 7 days. Please inspect your Moon Pal immediately upon receipt. In the rare case of damage or defect, we will process a replacement for your Moon Pal. We will not accept requests for returns after 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders once they've begun processing (even if you've not yet received tracking).
