• We encourage you to sign up for tracking updates on Fedex.com once you receive tracking for your order.
• Occasionally, we see that Fedex omits scans for shipped items. 
• In this case, you will have received tracking information and your item will be in transit, however delivery will show as either "pending" or "delayed" on Fedex.com.
• Scans typically update within 2 business days. At this point, you'll be able to see the progression of your order. 
• If tracking has not updated for 2 or more business days, please email us at [email protected]
